Gean's experience with technology dates back to the 1980s, when he customized database systems to help medical practices improve their operations.

Today, he combines that technological background with his extensive knowledge of workplace bullying to develop AI-powered tools that provide personalized guidance and support.

His goal is to make effective, practical support accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of their circumstances.

Ethel De La Rocha brings more than 20 years of business experience, a multicultural perspective, and a strong commitment to helping others succeed.

Originally from Nicaragua, Ethel contributes valuable insight into the challenges facing Spanish-speaking professionals, helping ByeBully develop resources that are relevant, accessible, and culturally sensitive.

She oversees the Spanish-language side of ByeBully, including translation review, content quality assurance, and testing of the organization's bilingual AI support tools.

Ethel also contributes to business development initiatives, helping identify opportunities to expand ByeBully's reach and connect with individuals and organizations that can benefit from its mission.
